SkinGo — dermoabrasion glove
Medical Device 2023

SkinGo

A surgical glove with integrated 3D printed micro-patterned dermabrasion surfaces for burn wound debridement. SkinGo replaces aggressive tools with a tactile, ergonomic interface, enabling surgeons to remove necrotic tissue. Preserving healthy skin and reducing burn patients face severe skin degradation, leading to infections, delayed healing, and increased scarring.

An exploration of fluidity, balance, and ergonomics. Curva emerged from a series of geometric studies, iterating through dynamic curves and intersecting surfaces until form and function became indistinguishable.
