I co-founded an R&D healthcare company and spent five years building medical devices with surgeons, hospitals, engineers, and manufacturers. The work taught me good design starts with paying attention. To people, to context, to what is often overlooked. Now at Parsons, I'm expanding from building products to building the systems around them.
